In the event of a hardware failure "in or out" of warranty, our fully certified Apple technicians are able to fix the hardware in a timely manner ensuring your Mac is back up and running as soon as possible. Simply let us know what the problem is and we will arrange for it to be collected and brought back to us for inspection. Once the issue has been diagnosed, we will be back in touch to let you know exactly what the problem is and in the event that it is not covered by Apple Protection Plan or standard one year warranty, any costs there maybe.

Our Technicians can also deliver all Apple Mac support for JTRS support contracts other than AppleCare Protection Plan, which is supported by Apple directly.
