What is an Employee Personal Computing Incentive Scheme ("EPCIS")?
EPCIS is an established HMRC approved Scheme, that provides employees with the opportunity to have either a laptop or desktop computer, together with work-related training, where effectively the tax man meets half the cost!
With no costs of implementation, your organisation will generate savings of approximately £200 per participating employee, through reduced National Insurance contributions.
EPCIS dovetails with existing training initiatives to address the work-life balance, allowing employees to train in their own time and at their own cost.
