Whether problems arise due to product failure, software conflicts or client misunderstanding, JTRS are able to provide maintenance services throughout the UK Either through our own technicians or via the appropriate manufacturer, fully equipped and resourced technicians are available for onsite maintenance and repair. Contracts will be tailored to meet your exact requirements. JTRS provide UK wide support remotely using ADSL virtual private networking. It enables us to keep our support pricing low, as most issues can be resolved without the need for expensive site visits. Our engineers can view your screen remotely and try to identify the problem. There is no need to follow instructions or for you to explain or understand system problems, just sit back while the remote engineer does the work! To allow such remote access, client software must be installed by our engineers as well as the router and associated firewall gateway configured accordingly. Most importantly, this software is provided free of charge for any JTRS client!
